Position: Trainee Hub Assistant
Location: Islandwide
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound stock efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Provide support to the delivery fleet to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the branch’s facilities and utilities to maintain efficiency.
- Assist co-workers in completing day-to-day tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service within the branch.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum O/Ls. A/Ls, Diplomas, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous.
- Communication Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of exceeding objectives.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Age below 30 years.
- Candidates living nearby and available at short notice will be prioritized.
