Vacant Positions
1. Assistant Registrar
- Special/Hons Degree with 1st or 2nd Upper or
- Degree with postgraduate qualification in Administration or Management.
2. Assistant Bursar
- Special/Hons Degree in Accounting or Finance, or
- Final II Examination pass of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or equivalent, or
- Degree with an Intermediate pass in Chartered Accountancy, or
- Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA).
3. Works Engineer
- BSc. in Civil Engineering with membership in IESL/ECSL, or
- Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET) in Civil/Construction Engineering with two years of experience, or
- NDT with specialization in Civil Engineering and seven years of experience.
4. Sub Warden
- A university degree with preference for hostel management experience.
5. Management Assistant (MA)
- GCE (O/L) with six subjects, including credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
- GCE (A/L) with three passes in any stream.
- Computer application qualification of at least six months is an advantage.
6. Bookkeeper
- GCE (O/L) with six subjects, including credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
- GCE (A/L) in Commerce Stream or National Certificate of Accounting Technicians.
7. Electrician
- GCE (O/L) with at least two passes and NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field, or
- Five years’ experience and a relevant trade test pass.
8. Air Conditioning Technician
- GCE (O/L) with at least two passes and NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field, or
- Five years’ experience and a relevant trade test pass.
9. Mason
- GCE (O/L) with at least two passes and NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field, or
- Five years’ experience and a relevant trade test pass.
10. Carpenter
- GCE (O/L) with at least two passes and NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field, or
- Five years’ experience and a relevant trade test pass.
