What We’re Looking For
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in senior finance or accounting roles.
- Age Limit:
- Under 30 years of age.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Taxation, and Audit.
- Expertise in preparing strategic financial reports with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.
- Skilled in conducting cost reduction and revenue enhancement analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, including ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Exceptional communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- A business-oriented mindset with visionary thinking and problem-solving abilities.
