Job Description:

Base1 Consultancy is currently seeking a qualified Data Entry Operator to join our team in Colombo-06. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in organizing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with client communication and negotiation. If you have a good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil, along with experience using Excel, internet, and email handling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Organize documentation of candidate files to facilitate effective communication and negotiation with clients.
• Input and update data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
• Generate reports and provide timely updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:

• Age between 20-35 years.
• Excellent command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, internet browsing, and email handling.
• Prior work experience in the insurance industry or call centers is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
